Accreditation

The Accreditation program ensures veterinary facilities provide a professional environment and contain the equipment required for safe patient care.

Licensure

Ontario's licensed veterinarians must have the education and professionalism required to practise competently and safely.  Refer to this section for information on licence renewal, updating your information, changing your licence type and licensing fees.

Quality Practice

Licensed veterinarians continuously engage in quality improvement.  Refer to this section for information on contining professional development, upcoming workshops and webinars and medical records review and assessment.

Professional Corporations

Licensed members are permitted to establish a corporation for the purpose of practising veterinary medicine.  The College provides assistance to licensed members who wish to estalish a professional corporation.

Investigations & Resolutions

The public trusts the College to address concerns about a veterinarian's practice or conduct.  In this section you will find information about the complaints process, discipline proceeding and the appeal process.
