The College of Veterinarians of Ontario regulates the practice of veterinary medicine in Ontario in the public interest. Among other things, the College accredits veterinary facilities and licenses veterinarians. In order to practise veterinary medicine in Ontario, a duly licensed veterinarian must practise from an accredited facility.
The College wishes to advise members of the public that as of May 13, 2018, Dr. Huw Llewellyn is no longer entitled to practise veterinary medicine through Llewellyn Equine Mobile Services.
Accordingly, members of the public should not obtain veterinary medical services from Dr. Huw Llewellyn through Llewellyn Equine Mobile Services until further notice.
If members of the public become aware that Dr. Huw Llewellyn is practising veterinary medicine from this facility in Ontario, they are asked to contact the College at 1-800-424-2856 or 519-824-5600, ext. 2238 and speak to Mr. Martin Fischer, Investigator.
