The outcome of a discipline hearing is public information, and the College has a legal responsibility to disclose the names of members found guilty of professional misconduct. The College publishes summaries of discipline hearings to help you understand the issues surrounding professional misconduct and the profession’s accountability to the public.
The published summary does not include all details of the process or the decision.
Any condition or limitation on a member’s licence is disclosed.
The summaries provide licensed members with an opportunity to reflect on their practices.
