The CVO Jurisprudence Examination requires candidates to demonstrate knowledge of the legislation that governs the profession in Ontario.
Agreement to be completed by all those who apply to take the Jurisprudence Exam.
Complete and submit this form to apply for any type of licence with the College.
Licensed members wishing to resign from practice complete and submit the Resignation Form. Eligible members may also be granted Emeritus Status.
Complete and submit a Letter of Professional Standing Request to have a letter of standing sent to another governing body.
Complete and submit the Application for Name Change if you wish to change your name from the name that appears on the Public Register.
Those applying for a short-term licence must submit an undertaking as part of the application.
