Learning modules on medical record keeping
Welcome! The College provides learning modules to assist veterinarians and their teams in understanding the requirements and expectations for medical record keeping.
There are three self-study modules to explain the requirements for record keeping. There is one series for those whose practice is focused on companion animals and another series for those whose practice is focused on food animals, equine and/or poultry. You are encouraged to review all three modules within the series that is most relevant to your practice.
